We have several heat-treatment furnaces in-house and support various thermal refining of copper and aluminum alloys. As for the manufacturing process, we support every incidental processing such as drawing, straightening, bending, cutting, and machining. We also produce materials for various functional parts such as electrodes for spot welding and elements of industrial heat exchanger.

We manufacture fin tubes of copper/copper alloys, aluminum alloys and various metals, along with pipe materials and heat exchanger parts, etc., which are characterized by their complicated cross-sectional shapes. We are also able to deal with irregular-shape pipes and multifoil-shaped pipes as well as various inner surface shapes such as fin tubes that have inner grooves by special processing. Therefore, we can respond to customers’ request with our own technology. Since we are able to process straight and spiral grooves on inner grooved pipe materials (fin tubes), we will be very much pleased if we can contribute to your effort to improve thermal efficiency.

We manufacture ultra-thin tubes/thin-walled tubes with an outer diameter of 1.0 or less, irregular-shape tubes, electrodes for electrical discharge machining, shield tubes for communication cables, etc., using various metals such as copper and aluminum. We can handle various special shapes such as round or square pipes, polygons or multifoil shapes, precision irregular-shape tubes with irregular cross-sections, and special pipe materials to meet customers’ request from prototyping to mass production.
